Services
Nine services across three practices
ERP, CRM and payroll on open source Frappe, plus the websites and search work that bring you enquiries. Every build starts from a blueprint you've signed.
Systems
One system for your accounts, stock, sales and people.
We set up ERP, CRM, HR and payroll on the open source Frappe stack. We keep your setup in code, so what you test and approve is exactly what goes live, and nobody has to redo settings by hand.
ERP implementationYour books and your operations in ERPNext, so there's no second system to reconcile.Built on ERPNext v15 and v16 without touching core code.
CRM implementationA pipeline that follows how you actually sell, including leads that go cold and come back.Tested on Frappe CRM v1.83 and Frappe v16.
HR and payrollPayroll with PF, ESI, professional tax and income tax set up so it stands up to an audit.A month's payroll for 30 employees matched to the rupee.
Tally migrationMoving your books from Tally without losing history or confusing your auditor.Every import template comes with a validator that checks it against the live site.
Helpdesk implementationEvery support request gets someone responsible for it and a deadline, and common answers are easy to find.Set up on Frappe Helpdesk v1.30, which is open source with no per-agent licence.
Search and web
Websites that people can find on Google and in AI answers.
If you run several locations, we build all their sites from one codebase. The search work sits on top of that, and every enquiry goes into your CRM with its source, so we can report enquiries and revenue instead of just visits.
Product
Work out what to build before you start.
The costly mistakes in a project usually happen in the first three weeks, when people are guessing at requirements. Discovery is the cheapest part of the work, and it shapes everything after it.
- Paid discovery and blueprintA signed requirements document you can buy on its own.A recent discovery ran to 136 questions, 28 of which were blocking.
- Fractional product managementFor teams where the founder is still the product manager. We've done product management inside the Frappe ecosystem, on Frappe HR.

Engagements
Three ways to work with us.
We price on the scope of the work. We're a small team, and we keep it that way on purpose.
Fixed scope, milestone billing
Implementation
- Signed scope and data model
- Milestone payments
- UAT and sign-off
- Handover with a runbook
How it works
We build against a signed blueprint and invoice across four milestones instead of billing for time. You'll know the price before any work starts.
Annual, renewable
Managed run
- Named response times
- Upgrades tested on UAT first
- Backup restores verified
- Small changes included
How it works
Support, framework upgrades, small changes and regular health checks on the system you already have. The price depends on how many users and integrations you have.
Monthly retainer
Search and growth
- Audits checked on the live site
- Local and multi-location SEO
- Answer engine visibility
- Tracking from ad click to revenue
How it works
Technical SEO, local search and content for one location or many. Enquiries are tracked into your CRM, so our reports show enquiries and revenue as well as traffic.
Questions buyers actually ask.
There's no per-user licence, so your twentieth user costs nothing extra. It's open source, so whoever you hire next can read how your data is structured. And ERP, CRM, HR and analytics all run on one framework, so you aren't paying to connect four separate products. It isn't right for every business, though. If you need a specialised proprietary product for your industry, we'll tell you.
Your setup is stored in a repository as an app. Installing that app recreates your configuration, so if a site is ever lost, it comes back set up and only the data needs restoring. Every change is reviewed and tracked, instead of someone changing a setting by hand late at night.
You own everything built specifically for your business once the final payment is made. Reusable pieces, like a connector we use across an industry, stay ours and you get a licence to use them. All of this is written into the proposal before you sign.
When discovery is free, its cost is hidden in the implementation price and it gets rushed to win the deal. That's a bad setup when the right answer might be a smaller project, or no project at all. Paid discovery gives you a blueprint you own and can take to any implementer, and the fee is credited if you build with us. The first call is still free.
Yes, and there's a separate page for it. We help partners with growth, run a remote PMO, and help with enablement and resourcing. We don't buy or sell leads, take a revenue share, or go after your clients.
A focused CRM or HR build takes four to eight weeks. A full ERP with data migration takes three to six months. What usually decides the timeline is how quickly you can answer the blocking questions and send us your opening balances, rather than the build itself.
Yes, on Frappe Cloud with dedicated resources, in the Mumbai region so data stays in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. If you prefer your own cloud account, we set it up there and hand over the keys.
We never fork the framework. Your customisations live in your own app, and our code looks up your settings by type rather than by name, so renaming a stage won't break anything. Every upgrade goes onto a test site first.
Everything is in your repository, on standard open source software, with a runbook covering deploys, rollbacks and recovery. We don't use a custom framework or leave anything undocumented. Any competent Frappe partner can take over, and we write the code expecting that someone may have to one day.
Often, yes. We start by auditing what was customised and what breaks when it's upgraded. Sometimes rebuilding is cheaper than fixing, and if so we'll tell you before you spend money finding out.
Let's start with a call.
