How each rule plays out
Your setup is kept in code
We package your setup as an app that applies itself every time we deploy. That keeps the test site and the live site identical, and if a site ever has to be rebuilt, it comes back already configured instead of someone clicking through settings screens to put it back together.
We check before we say it works
We don't tell you something works until we've run it and looked at the result. For backups, that means restoring one and running every report and print format on the restored site, rather than just checking that a backup file exists.
You own what we build
The core is open source, and the code sits in your repository on your cloud account. There's no per-user licence and no vendor who controls your data structure. Any Frappe partner can read the code and take it over.
We write down what's out of scope
Every blueprint has a section on what the system won't do. If something surprises you during user acceptance testing, that usually means the blueprint missed it, so we put the effort in there.
